New Hampshire Antique Auctions and Estate Auctions

New Hampshire is known as antiquer’s mecca even within a wider region (New England) already rich in history and antiques scene. Boston Magazine once suggested an entire 411-mile tour of the state, with a piece of advice: “Pace yourself.”  In August, the Granite State celebrates New Hampshire Antiques Week. It’s also home to the New Hampshire Antiques Show, called the best of its kind in New England by the Maine Antique Digest.

All of that is a good omen if you want or need to sell a single piece, or a collection, or an estate full of possibly-valuable items.  We’ve got a large network of in-state collectors and other enthusiasts in New Hampshire who may want your item(s).  You don’t need to be a collector yourself to take advantage of living in a place full of collectors and shopkeepers looking for the next big find.

The other side of the coin is that New Hampshire can be an especially bad place for a DIY seller.  Put a Mid-Century Modern chair (for example) on Craigslist and you’ll likely get lowballed or fleeced by someone who knows what that chair is really worth, and knows that you don’t.  They’ll talk it down, offer you $30, and sell it for $600 in their shop or online.  For them it’s a great find and nice profit.  For you it’s less than a tank of gas.

We can handle all aspects of an antiques auction or estate auction for you. You will also want an experienced hand for auctioning items like:
